Plaid, The Original Pattern

If this scarf isn’t the most amazing thing you have ever seen then I don’t know what is! My boss brought it back from a trip to Atlanta one day to re-stock the boutique and as I gazed upon the sea of infinity scarves before me beams of light broke through from this amazing plaid scarf. I knew I had to have it. Side note: If you don’t know your level of self-control, try sitting quietly by as your boss brings in bag loads of scarves, jewelry and purses for you to sell to others. It takes a lot for me not to go all cookie monster in the pile and just run out of the back door with a ton of accessories in my arms. Thankfully I was able to get the scarf before I had to sell it to anyone else and I have worn it multiple times since then. You can literally wear it with just about everything!

I bought this shirt for $1 at a flea market, yes one dollar. It’s the deal of the century! It’s also a men’s shirt, which is great because it is long enough to wear with leggings. It took me a long time to jump on the leggings band wagon. I have to admit that I am so glad I did because they are so comfortable and when paired with the right thing, very stylish. Most people feel they are not the appropriate age to wear leggings or believe they cannot pull them off. I think you should always put a good bit of thought into what you wear with leggings because it can easily go very, very wrong. But as long as you cover your front and backside and feel comfortable in your outfit I think you should jump on the band wagon as well! Last but not least, these shoes are amazing. That’s about the only word I can use to describe them, amazing. I wear them all of the time! This outfit is one of my favorites!

Affectionately, Audrey
